Prevention is key when it comes to maintaining health and wellness. During this visit you will have one on one with our Nurse Practitioner who will perform preventative visit including Hypertension screening. Whether your goal is blood pressure control, diabetes management, diet, weight loss etc. we will customize a plan just for you.

Post Op Services

POST OP SERVICES

CONCIERGE POST-OP SERVICES STARTING AT $75 PER HOUR

Starting at $75+ per hour

This service is designed for the client on their way to healing after surgery. There are a number of individual services we provide to get you back on your feet. Book your free 15 min consult or your in person post op consult for more information.

ADDITIONAL FEES FOR SUPPLIES AND OTHER POST-OP SERVICES MAY APPLY

CONCIERGE BOOKING POLICY:

Concierge services must be booked 24hrs in advance. Same day bookings are subject to availability and will include a $10 same day booking fee. We understand life happens but please respect our time and that of our other clients. Please cancel your appointment 24hrs in advance. There is a 50% cancellation fee for late cancellations. This fee will only be charged if you do not cancel within the specified time.
